賭城羅賓漢 贏錢濟貧爆紅

美國賭城拉斯維加斯近一年來最熱門的話題是「誰是羅賓漢702（Robin Hood 702）？」這位賭城羅賓漢用自己的錢下場豪賭，如果贏錢就全數幫助窮困家庭，目的在於「由我承擔賭博的黑暗面，用贏來的錢行善。」

702是拉斯維加斯郵遞區號，羅賓漢702設立個人網站（www.robinhood702.com），讓生活困頓者寫出自己的故事傳給他，他再從中挑選想幫助的人。

去年，家住底特律的凱格勒夫婦因三歲女兒罹患腦瘤，加上負債三萬五千美元，寫信向他求助。羅賓漢702打電話通知兩夫婦他要幫忙，給他們頭等艙機票飛抵賭城，再用加長型豪華禮車送到百麗宮飯店（Palazzo Hotel）。

羅賓漢702當著兩夫婦的面與賭場莊家玩「廿一點」，一開始大輸，後來手氣翻轉，連贏許多把，贏到三萬五千美元時才離桌不玩，把所有籌碼交給他們兌換現金。

凱格勒夫婦重生的故事傳頌一時，大家都在問：「誰是羅賓漢702？」

雖然羅賓漢702曾接受電視台訪問，但真人不露相，只肯被拍側面。大家對他所知不多，只知他是個喜歡穿Ｔ恤與牛仔褲的高大白人，且滴酒不沾。

羅賓漢702助人的唯一條件是金額不超過五萬美元，理由是他並非有錢人，他曾有一晚贏了六位數賭金而馬上輸光的紀錄。不過名號既已打響，求助信如雪片般灌進其網站，一天最多三百封信，大家都希望雀屏中選。
